Copyright Notice

The website offers the opportunity for users to sell their own graphic elements, which can be purchased by website visitors on various unique printed products. The operator of the website grants copyright to users (Designers) of the ILP – Print On Demand (ILP-POD) service as follows:

Once a graphic element is created by a Designer, it is the sole intellectual property of that Designer and it is protected by copyright. Anyone who copies, modifies, or uses it without the permission of the original Designer commits a copyright infringement. When uploading the graphic element, the Designer declares that the uploaded graphic element is the Designer's creation or that the Designer has the rights to use it or has purchased the user rights to it.

The operator of the website declares the following:

1. The graphic elements uploaded by Designers are the property of the creator.
2. The ownership of the uploaded graphic element remains with the creator even after uploading.
3. The operator of the website can use a displayed graphic element with active status in a Designer's profile for printing in order to complete a purchase.
4. Graphic elements can only be resold by and through the uploader Designer, and the operator of the website can not use it for and during taking in-store personal orders, unless the order is placed on the Designer's webshop.
5. In case the Designer terminates the designer account, the graphic elements of the Designer can only be used until orders already in progress are being served and completed.
6. After the termination of the contract and the last settlement, the graphic elements uploaded by the Designer are deleted.

If the account of the Designer is deleted from the website, the website operator may make a purchase offer for one or more of the creator's graphic elements. If the Designer accepts this, all further financial claims are waived and the user rights are transferred to the website operator.

If a Designer commits copyright infringement, the Designer's account, including all uploaded graphics and unpaid commissions, will be deleted from the site. After deletion, the Designer will not be able to make any claims.
