Why does it cost this much?!

When you buy a custom printed product, you expect the pattern to stay beautiful for a long period of time and not to peel off. We take this 100% seriously, which is why we have designed our technology to make the prints extremely durable. That's why we dare to offer a 3-year pattern and print wear guarantee on our products.

Guarantee Validation

Textile products (ILP Basic) must be washed accordingly to the washing instructions in order to validate the guarantee and it only applies to the integrity of the pattern. If the pattern is damaged due to any damage to the product material (e. g. puncture, tear, torn), we cannot consider it a printing error. To validate the guarantee, the product must be returned to the manufacturer. Inform us about the problem by emailing hello@ilovepolo.hu or by selecting the Complaints function in your customer account, so you can contact the manufacturer directly, which will speed up the process. The manufacturer may, at its own discretion, replace the product, repair it, or reprint the product.

Washing Instructions

Maximum water temperature is 40 C°. Our textile products should be washed below or on a maximum of 40 C° and turned inside out. Do not bleach or tumble dry. It is recommended to wash the products by hand, and when machine washing, wash them together with materials of similar colour/type. When ironing, it is recommended to iron the pattern through baking paper in order to protect it.

How many times can you use the guarantee?

You can only claim the print ware guarantee once per product.
